Cancer Research UK hereby grants you a limited licence to use the materials, features and services that enable you to create and send electronic cards (the "Materials") solely for your personal use and subject to these terms and conditions. No other use of the Materials or the use of any other content on the Website is permitted.
3.Your Donation
You acknowledge and agree that all monies given to Cancer Research UK through this Website are donations and as such are non-refundable.
In relation to alternative gifts, your donation will be used to fund the most appropriate and urgent expenses in the area of work you have chosen. Please refer to the About Send and Give page on this Website for further details about how your donation will be used.
4.Delivery of your eCard
Cancer Research UK will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver your card on the day you requested. However, Cancer Research UK can not be held liable if there is any delay in delivery or for non-delivery.
